Brenna is a 16 year old girl who has suffered from pain in her knee due to a gymnastics injury a few years ago. She went to physical therapy for months with a different company and just wasn’t experiencing the strength and pain relief in her knee that we had hoped she would. We scheduled a group of sessions with Forrest to help my son deal with some nagging injuries, and to learn how to strengthen his body for year round soccer. After the first session Nico felt improvement, and by the fourth session was practically pain free. He continues to do the exercises prescribed multiple times a week, and with the heavy summer training has been feeling great. Additionally, I experienced a recurring lower back issue that periodically kept me from playing golf. Following an examination, Forrest augmented my custom exercise program to strengthen physical weaknesses. It has allowed me to not only play without fear of injury, but also play more frequently.
