What is manual therapy?
Manual therapy includes hands-on techniques used to reduce and/or eliminate pain. This is including, but not limited to, soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations, fascial release, IASTM, trigger point release therapy. Once pain is eliminated or reduced through manual therapy the patient is educated on a specific home exercise program that continues to reinforce the goals of manual therapy and further eliminate pain.
